StartME for your company
Build with an AI team as a non-technical founder
You should be able to understand what your team is building, why it matters and what remains unverified. StartME gives non-technical founders a company workspace for those decisions and the specialist work around them.

Start with one customer outcome
Describe who the product serves, the problem they face and what a useful first session would achieve. Supply what you already know: interviews, a PRD, examples, designs or a repository. Separate observations from assumptions so Research and Product can work on the real gap.
An effective first milestone is small enough to inspect. For example, a scheduling product might let one customer type choose an available slot and receive a confirmation. Payments, team permissions and integrations become explicit dependencies rather than hidden additions to that milestone.
Review outcomes without reading every line of code
| Ask | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
| What should the customer be able to do? | A short user journey and acceptance checklist |
| What was actually built? | Saved source changes and a working preview |
| What happens when something goes wrong? | Loading, empty, validation and failure states |
| Is it ready to release? | Actual QA, access-control and release checks |
| What did we learn from users? | Source-dated feedback and measured behavior |
Give each specialist a clear responsibility
The CEO coordinates the goal and dependencies. Product owns requirements and acceptance criteria. Design prepares the relevant experience and states. Development implements the source; QA checks the requested behavior; Security and DevOps review their release concerns. Marketing, Sales and Growth work from the same customer definition.
You can inspect employee panels, documents, task status, source and previews. When an employee is blocked, look for the actual dependency, missing connection or allowance hold rather than asking every employee to restart the assignment.
What remains the founder's job?
- Choose the customer and problem worth solving.
- Confirm scope, brand and pricing decisions that need your judgment.
- Provide and authorize the company's accounts; keep secrets out of chat.
- Set the budget and permissions for autonomous work.
- Arrange qualified review where your product or jurisdiction requires it.
- Decide whether evidence supports a launch, a change in scope or another discovery step.
A brief you can use to start
Write: Our customer is [specific person or team]. They struggle with [observed problem]. Today they use [alternative]. The first outcome is [one useful result]. We already have [PRD, source, designs or evidence]. We must preserve [constraints]. A successful milestone means [observable acceptance criteria].
StartME can organize research and delivery around that brief. It cannot turn an untested assumption into customer demand merely by producing more documents. Use the output to make the next decision with better evidence.
Common questions
- Can I bring something I built with an AI coding tool?
- Yes. Bring the repository, its intended user flow and known problems. The team can scope improvements around the existing implementation. A preview still needs compatible dependencies and required configuration.
- Do I need a technical cofounder?
- That depends on the product and your team. StartME can assist with delivery and coordination, but it does not replace all engineering judgment, accountability or specialist review.
