Create a company workspace, choose a new or existing company, supply its context and authorize the tools needed for the first milestone.
Implementation Procedure
1. Authenticate with GitHub or Email
Log into StartME at /auth. Your identity is automatically linked to your personal Convex tenant.
2. Name Your Company & State the Vision
Describe your idea or existing company. Add its PRD and select a GitHub repository when applicable, then define the first useful goal.
3. Assign Initial Directives
Set boundaries and available credits, then review the Research, Product and CEO assignments. Dependencies, missing connections and allowance holds remain visible.
